GKI-1
Greatwall Kinase Inhibitor
GKI-1 is a selective inhibitor of Greatwall (GWL) kinase, demonstrating IC50 values of 4.9 μM and 2.5 μM against human GWLFL and human GWL-KinDom, respectively. In addition to its inhibitory effects on GWL, GKI-1 exhibits a robust inhibition of ROCK1 with an IC50 of 11 μM while showing only marginal impact on PKA. This compound is valuable for studying the roles of GWL and ROCK signaling pathways in various biological processes.
