GPNMB ADC
Glembatumumab vedotin is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting glycoprotein NMB (GPNMB). It consists of a fully human IgG2 monoclonal antibody linked to the potent tubulin-binding cytotoxic agent MMAE through a protease-sensitive linker.
