Glyurallin B

Antioxidant Agent

Glyurallin B is a flavonoid with potent antioxidant properties, isolated from the roots of licorice (Glycyrrhiza inflata and Glycyrrhiza uralensis). It effectively scavenges ABTS+ radicals and inhibits lipid peroxidation, exhibiting EC50 values of 11.9 ± 0.58 μM and 15.3 ± 1.26 μM, respectively. This compound is valuable for research applications focused on oxidative stress and related pathologies.
