Itpkb Inhibitor
GNF362 is a selective and potent inhibitor of inositol trisphosphate 3’ kinase B (Itpkb), demonstrating an IC50 of 9 nM. It also exhibits activity against Itpka and Itpkc, with IC50 values of 20 nM and 19 nM, respectively. By inhibiting Itpkb, which plays a crucial role in calcium signaling through the phosphorylation of inositol trisphosphate, GNF362 is useful for studying cellular calcium dynamics and exploring potential therapeutic applications in conditions related to dysregulated calcium signaling.
