Anti-Endometrial Cancer (EC) Agent

GRP75-IN-1 is an anti-endometrial cancer agent targeting the GRP75 protein. It induces apoptosis in endometrial cancer cells by reducing mitochondrial Ca2+ levels and disrupting the interaction between GRP75 and IP3R. Additionally, GRP75-IN-1 has demonstrated efficacy in inhibiting tumor growth in human endometrial cancer xenograft models.
