GRP78-IN-3
Grp78 Inhibitor
GRP78-IN-3 is a selective inhibitor of GRP78 (HSPA5) with an IC50 of 0.59 μM. This compound demonstrates significant selectivity, being 7-fold more potent against HspA5 than HspA9 (IC50 of 4.3 μM) and over 20-fold more selective than HspA2 (IC50 of 13.9 μM). GRP78-IN-3 is valuable for research applications focused on cellular stress response and cancer biology, where targeting GRP78 can modulate protein homeostasis and apoptotic pathways.
