Mitophagy Inducer
GSK3-IN-3 is a selective GSK-3 inhibitor that promotes Parkin-dependent mitophagy. With an IC50 value of 3.01 μM, it effectively enhances mitochondrial quality control processes. Additionally, GSK3-IN-3 exhibits neuroprotective properties in models of oxidative stress, such as 6-OHDA-induced neurotoxicity.
