NOD2 Inhibitor
GSK717 is a selective inhibitor of NOD2 (nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain 2) that effectively blocks MDP (muramyl dipeptide)-induced NOD2-mediated signaling. This compound demonstrates an IC50 of 400 nM for inhibiting MDP-stimulated IL-8 secretion in HEK293/hNOD2 cells. GSK717 is valuable for research investigating the role of NOD2 in inflammatory processes and related diseases.
