H36-E4
WWP2 Inhibitor
H36-E4 is a selective inhibitor of WW domain containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 2 (WWP2) with a KD of 6.25 μM. This compound effectively reduces WWP2 expression, enhances levels of succinate dehydrogenase complex subunit C (SDHC), and delays the progression from acute kidney injury (AKI) to chronic kidney disease (CKD) in models of unilateral kidney ischemia-reperfusion. H36-E4 is a valuable tool for studying the mechanisms involved in the AKI-CKD transition.
