Cullin-5 Neddylation Inhibitor
HA-9104 is a selective inhibitor of cullin-5 neddylation, primarily targeting the V30 pocket of UBE2F. By binding to UBE2F, HA-9104 reduces its protein levels, effectively inhibiting cullin-5 neddylation. This compound demonstrates significant growth suppression and radiosensitizing properties, particularly in lung and pancreatic cancer cells, by disrupting the UBE2F-CRL5 axis and inducing DNA damage, which leads to apoptosis and G2/M cell cycle arrest.
