Hakin-1

Hakai Inhibitor

Hakin-1 is a selective inhibitor of the E3 ubiquitin ligase Hakai. It effectively blocks Hakai-mediated global and specific ubiquitination of E-cadherin, leading to the inhibition of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). This compound has demonstrated potential in inhibiting tumor progression and cancer metastasis, making it a valuable tool for research in carcinomas, particularly colorectal cancer.
