HbF inducer 2

HbF Inducer

HbF Inducer 2 is an orally active molecular glue that targets the WIZ transcription factor, leading to its degradation (DC50=13 nM) and subsequent induction of fetal hemoglobin (HbF) expression (EC50=100 nM). This compound demonstrates favorable pharmacokinetic properties in preclinical models, including cynomolgus monkeys, making it a valuable tool for studying hematologic disorders. Its ability to enhance HbF levels presents potential applications in therapies for sickle cell disease and beta-thalassemia research.
