hCAIX Inhibitor
hCAIX-IN-8 is a potent and selective inhibitor of human carbonic anhydrase IX (hCAIX), demonstrating IC50 values of 1.99 μM for CAII, 0.024 μM for hCAIX, and 1.10 μM for CAVA. This compound exhibits significant anti-proliferative activity with low toxicity, effectively hindering epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) and inducing apoptosis. Additionally, hCAIX-IN-8 inhibits cell migration and colonization, making it a valuable reagent for cancer research and studies focused on metastatic progression.
