CAIX/XII Inhibitor

hCAIX/XII-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of carbonic anhydrase IX (CAIX) and carbonic anhydrase XII (CAXII), exhibiting inhibition constants (KI) of 0.48 µM and 0.83 µM, respectively. This compound demonstrates significant antiproliferative effects in vitro and effectively induces apoptosis in MCF-7 breast cancer cells. hCAIX/XII-IN-1 is a valuable tool for investigating the role of CAIX and CAXII in cancer biology and therapeutic applications.
