hCAIX/XII Inhibitor
hCAIX/XII-IN-3 is a selective inhibitor targeting human carbonic anhydrase IX (hCAIX) and XII (hCAXII), with Ki values of >10,000 nM for hCAI and hCAII, and 66.2 nM and 4.4 nM for hCAIX and hCAXII, respectively. This compound demonstrates potent inhibition and is valuable for studying the roles of hCAIX and hCAXII in cancer metabolism and progression. Its specificity makes it a useful tool in exploring therapeutic strategies against tumors expressing these isoforms.
