HDGFRP2/PSIP1 Inhibitor
HDGFRP2/PSIP1-IN-1 is a dual inhibitor that targets the PWWP domain of hepatocarcinogenic growth factor-related protein 2 (HDGFRP2) and its homolog PSIP1. This compound effectively disrupts the development and progression of diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG). HDGFRP2/PSIP1-IN-1 exhibits a Kd value of 7 μM for HDGFRP2, 27 μM for PSIP1, and 14 μM for HDGFRP3, demonstrating its potent inhibitory activity within the HDGFRP2 PWWP subfamily and its potential applications in cancer research.
