HECT E3 Inhibitor
HECT E3-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of HECT E3 ligases, specifically designed to disrupt ubiquitin (Ub) binding. By targeting the noncovalent Ub-binding site of Nedd4-1, HECT E3-IN-1 modulates ubiquitination processes. This reagent is valuable for studies investigating protein degradation, cellular signaling pathways, and the role of E3 ligases in various diseases.
