Hederacolchiside A1
Antischistosomal Agent
Hederacolchiside A1 is an antischistosomal agent derived from Pulsatilla chinensis. It exhibits significant biological activity by impairing the viability of schistosomiasis parasites both in vivo and in vitro. Additionally, Hederacolchiside A1 has been shown to suppress tumor cell proliferation by inducing apoptosis through modulation of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway, making it a compound of interest for cancer and parasitic disease research applications.
