Henatinib
Multikinase Inhibitor
Henatinib is an orally active multikinase inhibitor targeting key receptors such as VEGFR-2, c-Kit, and PDGFR, with IC50 values of 0.6 nM, 3.3 nM, and 41.5 nM, respectively. It exhibits significant antitumor activity by effectively inhibiting VEGFR-2 phosphorylation and its downstream signaling pathways in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). Henatinib is valuable for research focused on tumor angiogenesis and various cancer models.
