Heptazoline

Vasodilator

Heptazoline is a carbazole alkaloid known for its vasodilatory properties. It significantly inhibits platelet aggregation induced by arachidonic acid and collagen, as well as norepinephrine-induced contraction in rat aorta tissues. This makes Heptazoline a valuable tool for research in antithrombotic therapies and cardiovascular studies.
