Heraclenin

Active Compound

Heraclenin is a natural furanocoumarin that functions primarily by inhibiting nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT). This compound demonstrates a concentration-dependent reduction in T cell receptor-mediated proliferation in human primary T cells. Its unique mechanism of action makes it a valuable tool for investigating T cell signaling pathways and immunological responses in research applications.
