Hexa-D-arginine TFA
Furin Inhibitor
Hexa-D-arginine TFA is a potent furin inhibitor, exhibiting Ki values of 106 nM, 580 nM, and 13.2 μM for furin, PACE4, and prohormone convertase-1 (PC1), respectively. This compound effectively inhibits the toxicity of Pseudomonas exotoxin A and anthrax toxins in both in vitro and in vivo models.
