MYOF Inhibitor
HJ445A is a potent inhibitor of MYOF, specifically binding to the MYOF-C2D domain with a dissociation constant (KD) of 0.17 μM. This compound effectively inhibits the proliferation of gastric cancer cells, exhibiting IC50 values of 0.16 μM in MGC803 and 0.14 μM in MKN45 cell lines.
