HLDA-212

Bifunctional Small Molecule

HLDA-212 is a bifunctional small molecule that targets HaloTag-tagged proteins and Aurora kinases A and B (AURKA/B). By forming a stable ternary complex, HLDA-212 inhibits the cell-survival function of Aurora kinases, leading to apoptosis in cancer cells expressing HaloTag. It demonstrates significant antiproliferative activity with a GI50 value of 0.011 μM in 293_HFL cells. This compound is particularly relevant for research into cancers characterized by high levels of HaloTag expression, such as prostate cancer and various hematological malignancies.
