HLI373 dihydrochloride

Hdm2 Inhibitor

HLI373 dihydrochloride is a potent inhibitor of Hdm2, a key regulator of p53 stability and function. By inhibiting the ubiquitin ligase activity of Hdm2, HLI373 dihydrochloride promotes apoptosis in various tumor cell lines, especially those susceptible to DNA-damaging agents. This compound also exhibits antimalarial properties, making it a valuable tool in cancer research and related therapeutic investigations.
