Reactive Oxygen Species Inhibitor
HNGF6A is a reactive oxygen species (ROS) inhibitor and a humanin analogue. It enhances glucose-stimulated insulin secretion and glucose metabolism, making it a valuable tool for diabetes research. Additionally, HNGF6A effectively inhibits ROS production during oxidative stress, which can contribute to preventing endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis in vivo.
