hnRNPK Inhibitor
hnRNPK-IN-1 is an inhibitor of heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein K (hnRNPK), with dissociation constants (Kd) of 4.6 μM and 2.6 μM as determined by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and microscale thermophoresis (MST), respectively. This compound effectively inhibits c-myc transcription by disrupting the interaction between hnRNPK and the c-myc promoter. hnRNPK-IN-1 has been shown to induce apoptosis in HeLa cells and demonstrates significant anti-tumor activity, making it a valuable tool for research in cancer biology and transcription regulation.
