Anti-hRV Agent

hRVs-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor targeting human rhinoviruses (hRV), specifically designed to block viral replication. It demonstrates potent antiviral activity with EC50 values of 0.083 μM, 0.078 μM, and 0.015 μM against hRV-B14, hRV-A21, and hRV-A71, respectively. Additionally, hRVs-IN-1 inhibits poliovirus type 3 (PV3) replication with an EC50 of 0.063 μM. This compound is a valuable tool for research in antiviral therapies and understanding hRV pathogenesis.
