HRX-0233

MAP2K4 Inhibitor

HRX-0233 is a small-molecule inhibitor of MAP2K4, known for its ability to effectively induce tumor shrinkage in H358 KRASG12C-mutant non-small cell lung cancer models with minimal toxicity. This compound prevents the feedback activation of receptor tyrosine kinases when used in conjunction with KRAS inhibitors, leading to more sustained and comprehensive inhibition of MAPK signaling pathways. HRX-0233 is a valuable tool for research applications focused on AR-negative prostate cancer, as well as lung and colon cancers.
