VEGF Inhibitor
hVEGF-IN-2 is a selective inhibitor of the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) receptor tyrosine kinase (Flk-1), exhibiting an IC50 value of 2.5 μM. Additionally, it shows inhibitory activity against platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) RTK with an IC50 value of 33.1 μM. This compound is valuable for researchers focused on the development of receptor tyrosine kinase-specific agents, particularly in studies related to angiogenesis and tumor growth.
