Hydrazine sulfate (99%)
PEPCK Inhibitor
Hydrazine sulfate (99%) is a potent inhibitor of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase (PEPCK). This compound disrupts gluconeogenesis and enhances the protective effects of energy substrates against MPP+ toxicity. Additionally, hydrazine sulfate has been observed to exacerbate liver damage in rat models when combined with ethanol. It serves as a valuable tool in research related to shock, non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and Parkinson's disease.
