HYNIC-iPSMA TFA
Tumor Molecular Ligand
HYNIC-iPSMA TFA is a ligand designed for targeted molecular imaging of tumors, specifically leveraging its activity against prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA). Comprising 6-hydrazinonicotinamide (HYNIC) for the attachment of radioactive isotopes and the specific inhibitor iPSMA, this compound facilitates the detection of prostate cancer through PET imaging using 68Ga-labeled isotopes. Additionally, the 99mTc-EDDA/HYNIC-iPSMA TFA conjugate demonstrates high specificity and sensitivity, making it a valuable tool for the synthesis and research of radionuclide-drug conjugates (RDCs) in cancer diagnostics.
