Tumor Molecular Ligand

HYNIC-iPSMA is a ligand designed for tumor molecular imaging with a focus on prostate cancer. It comprises HYNIC (6-hydrazinonicotinamide), which facilitates the attachment of radioactive isotopes, and iPSMA, an inhibitor of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA). This compound has demonstrated exceptional specificity and sensitivity when labeled with 68Ga for PET imaging and can also be utilized with 99mTc-EDDA for enhanced detection. HYNIC-iPSMA is valuable for the synthesis and research of radionuclide-drug conjugates (RDCs) aimed at improving cancer diagnostics and therapeutics.
