CSE inhibitor
I194496 is a potent inhibitor of cystathionine γ-lyase (CSE) with an IC50 of 0.79 mM. It inhibits the growth of human triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells by dual targeting of the PI3K/Akt and Ras/Raf/ERK signaling pathways. Additionally, I194496 suppresses TNBC cell metastasis through downregulation of Anxa2/STAT3 and VEGF/FAK/Paxillin signaling, making it a promising candidate for TNBC research.
