TRIM24/BRPF1 Inhibitor
IACS-9571 hydrochloride is a selective inhibitor of TRIM24 and BRPF1, exhibiting an IC50 of 8 nM for TRIM24 and binding affinities (Kds) of 31 nM and 14 nM for TRIM24 and BRPF1, respectively. This compound disrupts the function of these proteins, making it a valuable tool for investigating their roles in cancer and other disease mechanisms.
