Hpol κ Inhibitor
IAG-10 is a selective inhibitor of DNA polymerase kappa (hpol κ), exhibiting an IC50 of 7.2 μM. This compound disrupts the formation of the binary complex between hpol κ and DNA, enhancing the antiproliferative and DNA-damaging effects of Temozolomide in tumor cells that express functional hpol κ. IAG-10 is applicable in cancer research, particularly in studies involving malignant brain tumors.
