Dendrimer Carrier
IAJD-97 is an ionizable amphiphilic Janus dendrimer carrier designed for mRNA delivery. It self-assembles into dendrimersomes through pH-responsive mechanisms, effectively encapsulating and protecting mRNA while promoting cellular uptake and endosomal escape via its ionizable amine groups. This reagent holds significant potential for research applications in cancer therapeutics and gene delivery.
