ICAM-1988

LFA-1 Antagonist

ICAM-1988 is a small molecule antagonist of lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1) that effectively disrupts the interaction between LFA-1 and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1). This disruption has been shown to exert anti-inflammatory effects, making ICAM-1988 a valuable tool in the study of immune responses and inflammatory diseases. Its research applications may include investigations into immune cell adhesion and migration, as well as the modulation of inflammatory pathways.
