ICD inducer-2

Immunogenic Cell Death Inducer

ICD inducer-2 is an immunogenic cell death inducer that targets the colchicine binding site on tubulin, inhibiting its polymerization. This compound demonstrates broad-spectrum antiproliferative effects across various cancer cell lines, significantly affecting cell migration and triggering apoptosis through G2/M phase arrest. Additionally, ICD inducer-2 enhances the infiltration of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells within the tumor microenvironment, while modulating the expression of key apoptotic proteins, including downregulation of Bcl-2 and upregulation of Bax and Bim-1. It has shown efficacy in overcoming paclitaxel resistance in xenograft models, making it a valuable tool for cancer research, particularly in lung carcinoma studies.
