GOT1 Inhibitor
iGOT1-01 is a selective inhibitor of aspartate aminotransferase 1 (GOT1), demonstrating an IC50 of 85 μM in a malate dehydrogenase-coupled GOT1 enzymatic assay and 11.3 μM in the GOT1/GLOX/HRP assay. This compound exhibits significant anti-cancer activity, making it a valuable tool for research in cancer metabolism and therapeutic applications targeting the mitochondrial aspartate-glutamate transport cycle. Its inhibition of GOT1 may provide insights into metabolic reprogramming in various cancers.
