IMM-01
mDia-Related Formin Agonist
IMM-01 is a potent agonist of mDia-related formins, specifically inhibiting the interaction between the diaphanous inhibitory domain (DID) and diaphanous autoregulatory domain (DAD) with an IC50 of 140 nM. By disrupting the autoinhibitory bond between these domains, IMM-01 effectively activates formin activity.
