IMM-02
Apoptosi
IMM-02 is a DID-DAD binding inhibitor that promotes actin assembly and stabilizes microtubules. This compound triggers serum response factor-mediated gene expression, leading to cell cycle arrest and induction of apoptosis. Additionally, IMM-02 has demonstrated efficacy in slowing tumor growth in a mouse colon cancer xenograft model, making it a valuable tool for cancer research and the study of apoptotic pathways.
