IMM-H004
Neuroprotective Agent
IMM-H004 is a coumarin derivative that functions as a neuroprotective agent through its potent free radical scavenging capabilities. It effectively inhibits amyloid-β (Aβ)-induced cytotoxicity and apoptosis, highlighting its potential in the study of neurodegenerative disorders, particularly Alzheimer's disease. Furthermore, IMM-H004 also blocks calcium mobilization and chemotaxis induced by CKLF1-C27, demonstrating its utility in alleviating asthmatic pathology in lung tissue of CKLF1 transgenic mice.
