IMS2186
Antiangiogenic Reagent
IMS2186 is an antiangiogenic reagent that effectively inhibits choroidal neovascularization (CNV) by targeting processes upstream of VEGF signaling. This compound induces cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase, leading to significant anti-proliferative and anti-angiogenic effects. Additionally, IMS2186 has demonstrated a lack of intraocular toxicity, contributing to a reduction in ocular fluid leakage and pathological cell presence.
