Indoline

Indole Derivative

Indoline is an indole derivative that functions as a key structure for CD4 mimetic compounds (CD4mcs), which facilitate conformational changes in the HIV-1 envelope glycoprotein (Env), leading to viral inactivation. This compound exhibits binding affinity for gp120 and has demonstrated the ability to inhibit HIV-1AD8 with an IC50 in the micromolar range. Indoline is valuable for research applications aimed at understanding and developing treatments for HIV-1 infection.
