Indusatumab vedotin

ADC

Indusatumab vedotin is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting guanylate cyclase C (GCC). Its mechanism involves the delivery of the microtubule-disruptor Monomethyl auristatin, leading to anti-proliferative effects in pancreatic cancer cell lines. Indusatumab vedotin effectively induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and promotes apoptosis, making it a valuable reagent for cancer research and therapeutic development.
