α5β1 Antagonist

IPS-05002 is an α5β1 antagonist that effectively inhibits VEGF-stimulated proliferation, adhesion, and migration of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). It further suppresses tubular network formation, making it a valuable tool for studying tumor angiogenesis. Additionally, IPS-05002 has been shown to upregulate IKB-β and XRCC4 while downregulating Cdc6 in VEGF-induced HUVECs, providing insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying angiogenesis.
