IQM-266
DREAM Ligand
IQM-266 is a Downstream Regulatory Element Antagonist Modulator (DREAM) ligand with a binding affinity (KD) of 4.63 μM. This compound inhibits the KV4.3/DREAM current in a concentration-, voltage-, and time-dependent manner, while also modulating A-type outward potassium currents (IA) in rat dorsal root ganglia neurons. IQM-266 serves as a valuable tool for research into neurological diseases, including Alzheimer's disease and Huntington's disease.
