IRF1-IN-1

IRF1 Inhibitor

IRF1-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of Interferon Regulatory Factor 1 (IRF1) that effectively decreases IRF1 recruitment to the CASP1 promoter. This compound inhibits key elements of the cell death signaling pathway, including the cleavage of Caspase 1, Gasdermin D (GSDMD), and poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1), thereby modulating inflammatory responses. Additionally, IRF1-IN-1 demonstrates a protective effect against ionizing radiation-induced inflammatory skin injury, making it a valuable tool in studies of inflammation and cell death mechanisms.
