Anti-tumor Agent
iso-Dehydrozingerone is a dehydrozingerone analog that serves as an anti-tumor agent. It demonstrates moderate cytotoxic activity against various human tumor cells, with IC50 values of 10.0 μg/mL for nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells, 8.2 μg/mL for multidrug-resistant nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells, and >10 μg/mL for human lung cancer cells. This compound is suitable for research applications focused on nasopharyngeal carcinoma, multidrug resistance in cancer, and lung cancer.
